Two in One Hand

Jugglng two balls in one hand is a simple and versatile juggling move: many tricks are based off of it, and yet it presents little difficulty to even a beginning juggler. As with the 3-Ball Cascade, most items can be juggled in this way.

This page shows this move being done with nothing in the other hand, but if you do it with a third ball in the other hand you can move to and from the 3-ball cascade (and any other 3-ball tricks you know). You can also move that third ball around in a multitude of different patterns, and with practice this will become easy and you will be able to innovate with it.

In the first, you can reverse the direction of the throws by throwing from the outside of your body towards the inside. In the second, if you throw the balls straight up, you can keep them in two separate paths.
